FEASTLY

I was brought on to design a group events booking platform for this popular service which connected private chefs and culinary experiences with foodies.  Prior to this project, ‘feasters’ could only book individual spots at culinary events and pop-up restaurants on the web application and all group events were booked and coordinated manually through a white glove service. My task was to design an automated booking system to plan group events while still providing direct contact with support agents for assistance. The same workflow was designed for the web application and native mobile app.

There were many touchpoints along the user journey that allowed feasters to select their preferences for venues, chefs, menus, add-ons so my solution was to create a guided flow or ‘wizard’ to input the required information to plan a private event.  This tested well and was validated with user testing and feedback from support agents.
