As the Lead Designer at Rinse, a clothing care delivery service, I oversaw both Product and Marketing design as well as collaborated with Engineering to implement a website/web application redesign and a new native mobile app which gave customers more agency to schedule pickup and deliveries with greater ease. Prior to this effort, the customer experience team manually handled scheduling which was a big operational strain. The painpoints with delivery logistics was one of the most complained about aspects from our customer surveys and churn so my top priority was including helpful features in the app to make the experience seamless and easy.
